Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sayanura ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sayanura is an automation platform that allows users to connect third-party accounts (including but not limited to Google Drive, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) to automate content publishing workflows, including AI-generated metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags, and captions).

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Third-Party Account Connections

The Service requires you to authorize access to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) via their official OAuth authorization systems. Sayanura does not collect, view, or store your third-party account passwords. You may revoke this access at any time through the respective platform's own account settings or through Sayanura's Channels page.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Sayanura offers a Free tier and one or more Paid subscription tiers, as described on our Pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) via our payment processor.
• Prices, features, and usage limits for each tier may change with reasonable prior notice.
• Promotional codes and discounts are offered at Sayanura's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection law. If a refund is approved:

1. The refunded amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your current billing cycle, pro-rated according to the number of days remaining in that cycle at the time of the request.
2. The refunded amount will exclude: (i) applicable taxes (including GST) already remitted, (ii) payment gateway processing fees already incurred, and (iii) the value of any services, AI generation credits, or workflow runs already consumed during the billing period.
3. Sayanura reserves the right to retain a reasonable service and administrative charge from the refundable amount, as permitted under applicable law.
4. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing times of the payment gateway and banking partners.
5. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service already fully utilized, for accounts terminated due to a violation of these Terms, or for promotional/discounted purchases where explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish content that violates YouTube's, Meta's, or any connected platform's terms of service or community guidelines
• Engage in spam, fraud, or any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Titles, descriptions, hashtags, and captions generated by AI features are provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to any connected platform. Sayanura is not liable for the accuracy, appropriateness, or consequences of AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

9. Third-Party Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of connected platforms (YouTube, Meta, etc.) through Sayanura complies with their respective terms of service. Sayanura is not responsible for any suspension, penalty, demonetization, or termination of your third-party accounts resulting from content published via the Service.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, encrypt, and handle your data, including OAuth credentials.

11. Remote Assistance / Concierge Setup Service

If you purchase optional remote setup assistance, you consent to screen-sharing/remote-access software (e.g. AnyDesk) solely for the purpose of guiding you through account connection steps. Sayanura does not request, view, or store your third-party account passwords during this process.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or failed automation runs, including those caused by third-party platform outages or API changes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayanura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost content, or third-party account penalties.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
